12:00–1:00 p.m. — Master class: “LA Signature Cuisine”

  • Chef Rico Montes — technical dishes made from local products.

1:30–2:30 p.m. — Street Food Battle: Asia vs. Mexico

  • Chef competition, winner chosen by the audience.

2:30–4:00 p.m. — Food Safari at the Festival

  • A sommelier guide will lead a tour of the best spots.

4:30–5:30 p.m. — Kids Cooking Zone

  • Master class for children (pizza + sweet toppings).

6:00–8:00 p.m. — Live music evening

  • Soul, funk, R&B.

8:00 p.m. — Night food market

  • Signature drinks, street cocktails, warm lights, DJ sets.
